Arrange raw material feeding, batch die casting, secondary polishing to unify surface smoothness.
5.Surface Craft & QC
Inspection Unified electroplating and enamel production, strict salt spray, torsion, leakage test one by one, pick out defective products.
6.Packaging & Shipment (3-4 days)
Each cap packed with anti-scratch PE bag, filled with shockproof foam in export cartons, arrange sea/air freight according to your demand.
