Enamel Perfume cap blank processing
Remove the gate and grind off the burrs.
Sand blowing – sand picking
Purpose: To ensure the enamel glaze adheres firmly, preventing glaze shrinkage and blistering.

Preparing the Enamel Glaze
Use low-temperature enamel powder (below 130℃ to avoid melting the zinc alloy)
Add AB glue resin in a weight ratio of A:B (3:1) and stir into a paste.
Match colors according to customer’s color code: red, blue, green, black, white, enamel gold, etc.
Hand-filling the Enamel (Dotting)
Use a fine needle, small shovel, or syringe to fill the groove with each color one by one
Avoid overflowing, mixing colors, and missing material
For multi-color patterns, wait for the previous color to be semi-dry before filling the next color

High-Temperature Firing
Oven temperature: approximately 110℃
Time: 60 minutes
Enamel melts, solidifies, and develops color
Complex multi-color designs require multiple color fillings → multiple firings
Cooling and Finishing
Natural cooling or slow cooling to prevent cracking
Remove overflow and burrs
Check for missing enamel, pinholes, and bubbles; repair enamel and refire

Surface Polishing / Electroplating
Polished high-gloss finish on protruding metal parts
Electroplating enhances the enamel color and creates a more upscale overall look
Available finishes: Bright chrome, bright gold, matte gold, gunmetal, rose gold
Quality Inspection and Assembly
