Referred by an existing partner, we were commissioned to develop premium enamel perfume caps for an international luxury brand. The client supplied original design drawings, while the JSM engineering team refined the design for production feasibility via in-depth communication. The project was successfully finalized with full client satisfaction upon delivery.
Project Background
The client initially planned to produce caps with resin material.
Resin failed to deliver the substantial weight and upscale luxurious finish required; consistent color matching was also unachievable to meet luxury positioning standards.
Drawing on our packaging expertise, JSM proposed a zinc alloy solution with solid enamel fill and hand-set crystal embellishment, which was promptly approved by the brand.

High-grade zinc alloy is integrally die-cast, followed by deburring, hand-filled enamel coating, high-temperature firing, cooling, precision polishing and vacuum electroplating.Process flow: Zinc alloy Die-casting → Deburring → Hand Enamel Filling → High-temperature Baking → Cooling → Fine Polishing → Electroplating - Strict Quality Control
